Foster & Adoptive Parents recently attended a state wide
training conference. Dave Pelzer, New York Times and International
Best Selling Author, was the keynote speaker. He shared with
foster and adoptive parents his truly extraordinary life. He
nearly died several times by the hands of his mentally disturbed
alcoholic mother. Dave was rescued and placed in foster care.
Dave’s message was to pay tribute to those who have dedicated
their lives to making a difference in the lives of a child. |
