Program/Service	Public outreach and education for prevention and timely treatment of mental illness and awareness of available services. Depression Screenings. QPR, (Question, Persuade and Refer) Suicide Prevention Program with certified QPR instructor. Provides quality educational materials (in English and Spanish) regarding various mental illnesses and mental health. Funds for emergency needs for mental health clients. Help with housing for mental health clients. Advocacy for better treatment for those living with mental illness. Representative Payee Program: Staff serves as financial conservator for mental health clients and others who cannot manage their own finances.
